Smartflex Selection:
Discover Stylish PP Foils with Webflow Magic

Situation
Schattdecor, a global leader in the production of decorative paper and finish foils, required a second website project following the successful execution of the Prime Collection site.
This new project, named Smartflex Selection, aimed to provide a platform for customers to order samples of PP-based foils used for furniture production.
The site needed to complement the visual design of the Prime Collection website while serving a distinct purpose tailored to Smartflex products. With the Furniture Fair in Poznań starting on February 20, 2024, the client sought to have the online sample ordering tool ready for the event.

Task
The main task of the Smartflex Selection project was to create a modern and functional website that allows customers to order samples of PP-based foils seamlessly. Key objectives included:
- Adding products in real-time according to warehouse stock availability (currently 22 products).
- Providing a full catalog of products available under the Smartflex Selection program, complete with technical descriptions and the ability to add items to the order.
- Evolving the design to maintain consistency with the Schattdecor brand while enhancing user experience and functionality.
- Implementing a newsletter module to engage and retain customers.
Actions
To achieve project objectives, the following actions were taken:
- Conducted in-depth interviews with the client to understand project goals and requirements thoroughly.
- Designed the website in Figma, incorporating feedback from the client and creating prototypes for detailed analysis.
- Initiated coding in Webflow, starting with the creation of variables and components for efficient development.
- Programmed the entire e-commerce module and integrated it with product pages, checkout, and cart functionality.

Thanks to the project, Schattdecor now has a user-friendly website dedicated to the Smartflex Selection program, allowing customers to order samples of PP-based foils conveniently. Key project results include:
- Delivering a visually appealing and functional platform for customers to explore and order Smartflex products online.
- Providing real-time product updates based on warehouse stock availability, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for customers.
